The company PICTURE ELEMENT (hereinafter "Picture Element", "we", "us") attaches particular importance to the protection of the personal data of visitors to the Site pe.agency, people who contact it, candidates for employment or collaboration, its clients and its service providers.

Picture Element implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access: encryption of communications (HTTPS), reinforced authentication on business tools, management of authorisations, regular backups, staff awareness.

In the event of a breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be informed in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.

8. Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: to obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and to receive a copy of it.

  • Right to rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
