Summary

To recruit its future talent, César & Brutus has put its own in the spotlight.

We transformed the real estate group's employees into peplum heroes. A commercial produced with PEP’S, professional portraits and an employer brand campaign designed to attract the right profiles. "Your empire starts here": an invitation to project yourself, before applying.

Zero actors to embody the roles: the employees carry out their own speciality. With PEP’S and Julien Seignol, we worked on their posture, their acting, and their placement in the frame.
