OVERVIEW

Summary

Connecting offices is done on a map. Revealing a team requires taking to the road.

For Tikehau Capital's Connect the Dots, we transformed a European cycling relay into an employer brand story. With PEP'S, we followed the effort, the unexpected events and the mutual support to show what makes the collective, beyond the institutional image.

PIC TOUCH

A car wash becomes a scene of life.

On the Toulouse–Madrid stage, some participants cool off under the jets to bear the heat. Their on-board footage gives us access to this moment.

This is the kind of material we are looking for: an unexpected detail, told and experienced by the teams, which makes the challenge tangible. Company culture finds its images on the road.
